Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
At Atelier Wedding Planning, we devote significant time, care, and resources to each client from the moment a booking is secured. For this reason, all payments made to the Company are non-refundable.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Non-Refundable Retainers: All retainers and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, event cancellation, or date changes.

Non-Refundable Service Fees: Once payments are made toward planning, coordination, or design services, they are considered earned and non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If your event date changes, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to our availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.

Vendor Payments: Payments made directly to third-party vendors (venues, florists, caterers, photographers, etc.) are governed by each vendor’s policies. We are not responsible for vendor refund or cancellation practices.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions), payments remain non-refundable.
We strongly encourage clients to obtain event insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or disruptions.
