  • Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in cancellation of services.

  • All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All retainers are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if any, will be determined in accordance with the signed service contract.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the contract, engages in inappropriate behavior, or fails to provide necessary information or cooperation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details, budgets, and preferences.

  • Respond in a timely manner to communications and approvals.

  • Secure appropriate event insurance (if required by the venue or vendors).

  • Understand that final decisions regarding vendors, venues, and styling remain subject to availability.

6. Vendor & Third-Party Services

  • We may recommend third-party vendors (e.g., venues, florists, caterers, photographers).

  • While we carefully curate recommendations, the Company is not responsible for the performance, products, or services of third-party vendors.

  • Any disputes with third parties must be addressed directly with the vendor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, designs, graphics, images, and branding—is the exclusive property of Atelier Wedding Planning and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or damages caused by events outside of our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics, vendor failures).

  • Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services under the signed contract.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atelier Wedding Planning, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of client actions, guest conduct, or third-party disputes.
